Experimental cloning DB from 19.18 to 19.32 RDBMS homes
as we had a senario to upgrade our EBS which has current version
GI-19.18 RDBMS-19.18 Apps-12.2.6 running on Oracle Linux 8.10
so when we planned to upgrade APPS to 12.2.14
we received DB servers on Linux 9.8 which is cretified for oracle database minimum 19.22
so i have installted grid 19.32 on Linux 9
when tried to relink if failed with below after investigate i found it because of Older version of RDMS home(19.18) which is not compatible with OL9
# make -f ins_rdbms.mk ioracle
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find /usr/lib64/libpthread_nonshared.a
